Stall Details

Being part of the SEPSIS Congress 2013 with a stall is a great way of presenting your work, products, and services to the particiapants of the congress. The conference location provides room for approximately 25-30 major exhibitors only.

The exhibitor stalls are open to the all. The exhibits will be promoted on the website and other places. Also all exhibitors will be listed in the printed conference program and on the website.

Stall locations will be assigned by the conference team with priority given to early registrants and sponsors.

Stall size Details

The stalls are available in two sizes

(3X2 Sq Mtr & 2x2 Sq Mtr)

Stall Cost

Stall size 3 x 2 sq mtr = Rs. 2.5 Lacs
Stall size 2 x2 sq mtr = Rs 1.5 Lacs

Stall Acessories

One table, two chairs, proper lights, power point, dustbin and name fascia. We must be well informed ( one month before the conference starts )
in case you need to customised the stall in your own way. The stall area will be same due to space constraint in the property.

 

Payment Procedure

Cheque/Demand Draft ( Payable at New Delhi) favoring "Awon Conference and Events" to be sent at the conference secretariat office mentioned below.
