Abstracts
Abstract submissions can only be made via online web tool. No abstracts will be accepted via email or posting.
Your Abstract should be not more than 300 words. (Those accepted will be collected in a Book of abstracts for the participants, and should be of similar length).
All abstracts must be written in English (The Congress organizing committee will evaluate your demands, and respond you back).
You can only submit one Abstract as the main author/presenter. Your name can be on another Abstract as a secondary presenter if part of a team, but that Abstract should be submitted by another person as the main presenter.
Abstracts will be evaluated by the local and international convenors of each Thematic Group and will be approved by the Research Standing Committee.
Please note that an Abstract sent after the submission deadline is unlikely to be considered.
The laptops will accept CD-ROMs, DVD’s, and USB “Flash” drives. However, they ARE NOT equipped with floppy disk drives. Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are installed on each laptop for your convenience. We will not be able to install any special software that your presentation may require. However, if you brought your own laptop, you may use it instead of the one that is provided. Please note that Internet access is NOT provided in any of the presentation halls.
